There are several necessities involved for an infomercial campaign to be deemed successful. However, the two most critical requirements are making the phone ring and converting the call. When I transferred my telemarketing business to UMG, the conversion percentage increased from 70% to 95% overnight. This increase not only improved my MER, it also extended the longevity of our show.
